Student ID card collection
From 2 March, student ID card collection returns to our standard drop-in service at the Student Hub during opening hours.


Student Central provides student administration and general enquiry support to help you navigate your studies at ANU. 

Our staff work with you to resolve many issues directly and connect you with the right people when specialist support is needed.

What to bring: 
Please bring your ANU student ID card to verify your identity. 
If you are collecting a student card, see the Student Cards webpage before you visit.

Wait times
We aim to keep in-person wait times under 10 minutes. During peak periods, waits of 30 minutes or more may occur.

Response times
We aim to respond within 2 business days. During peak periods, responses may take 7 business days or more.

Callback service 
We encourage you to use our callback service. This holds your place in the queue and avoids waiting on the phone.

We offer online information sessions throughout the year to help students navigate important study and university processes.
